Mission Statement
The primary purpose of
this non-profit Association is to maintain and
administer the Common Facilities and to collect and
disburse the assessments and charges hereinafter
created, with regard to the residential properties known
as North Park Meadows, Unit-1, such additions thereto as
may be brought within the jurisdiction of the
Association, subject to the provisions of the
Declaration Restrictive Covenants and Conditions,
including amendments or supplements thereto, which may
now exist or hereafter be placed on such property.
All present or future
owners, tenants, future tenants, or any other person
that might use the Common Facilities in any manner, are
subject to the regulations set forth in these By-Laws.
The mere acquisition or rental of any Lot or the mere
act of occupancy of any Lot will signify that these
By-Laws are accepted, ratified, and will be complied
with.
